The Journey
A slow road south - long lunches, warm light, and Seville, at its pace.
Three days shaped around atmosphere rather than itinerary. We drive south from Lisbon into Andalusia, stopping along the way for lunch at a carefully selected countryside estate before continuing to Seville. Once there, we settle into a quiet boutique hotel in the centre and let the city set the rhythm. The following day unfolds at Seville's pace - through the old city, long Andalusian lunches and an evening shaped around flamenco, conversation and staying out a little later than planned. Before returning to Portugal, we spend one final morning in Seville before leaving the city behind and stopping for lunch at a country estate on the way home. Nothing rushed, nothing oversold - just a few well-chosen places and the time to enjoy them properly.
