Based on our conversations, we develop a tailored travel concept and present an initial itinerary, recommendations, and the overall direction of the journey.

Refinement
Great journeys are never built in a single draft. Together, we refine every aspect of the program until it feels exactly right. Destinations, pacing, accommodations, experiences, logistics, and budget are reviewed, adjusted, and fine-tuned through as many iterations as needed.

Planning & Coordination
Once the itinerary is approved, we move into implementation. Reservations are secured, suppliers coordinated, logistics finalized, and every element brought together into one seamless, fully integrated program.

Delivery & On-Site Coordination
Before departure, every detail is confirmed and every participant is fully prepared. Throughout the journey, we remain available to coordinate changes, resolve issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
For complex corporate programs and selected private journeys, we strongly recommend dedicated on-site coordination, with a JT Travel Design representative accompanying the group throughout the program to oversee every detail and ensure seamless execution.

Ways We Work Together
Every journey starts with the same level of thoughtful travel design. The difference is how much of the booking, coordination and ongoing management you would like us to handle.
Supplier costs are presented transparently and agreed with you before bookings are made. Our professional fee is quoted separately, so you always understand both the cost of your journey and the cost of our services.
Option 1
Travel Design
For clients who want a professionally designed journey and prefer to manage their own reservations.
We develop the itinerary, research and select the right hotels, experiences, guides, restaurants and transport, and bring everything together into a coherent journey with practical timings and logistics.
You receive the complete travel plan, recommendations and booking details. You then make reservations and payments directly with the selected suppliers.
Option 2
Full-Service Planning & Management
For clients who want us to take responsibility for the journey from planning through delivery.
We design the journey in the same detail, present the proposed services and their costs for your approval, and then manage the implementation on your behalf.
Once approved, JT Travel Design handles reservations, supplier communication, confirmations, payment coordination, pre-travel checks and ongoing management of the arrangements. We remain your point of contact throughout the journey should plans change or an issue need to be resolved.
Supplier costs remain transparent and are agreed with you before booking.
You pay
A professional Travel Design Fee to JT Travel Design. All travel services are booked and paid by you directly with the suppliers.
You pay
The agreed costs of the travel services plus a separate professional fee for travel design, planning and management.
Depending on the supplier and booking conditions, payments for travel services may be processed through JT Travel Design or paid directly to the supplier.
